Beach Wedding | Scranton Wilkes Barre Wedding Photographer | NEPA | New Jersey

Are you so excited??  I mean, a BEACH wedding!  I was soooooo excited.  At the same time, so nervous.  I mean, it's the beach.  Beach weddings can be a photographer's worst nightmare.  No shade, just harsh light.  But Friday night, as I was driving to Long Beach Island, New Jersey, in what seemed like a hurricane (though it wasn't), I was more concerned about rain.  RAIN was in the forecast :(  Oh no, my only beach wedding this year and it would be rained out... so sad.  But Saturday came and the sky was GORGEOUS!!!  Perfect cloudy day.  NO RAIN!!!!  I was so happy for the bride and groom because they were able to enjoy their day on the beach, the way they intended.

Now, these are not my clients.  A photographer friend of mine (Shoshana Vitale of Sho-tography) asked me to shoot with her.  This family is practically her family.  And I can see why.  They are truly a huge group of amazing!  They were so kind to me and welcomed me as practically one of the family although they had never met me.  Super sweet and amazing couple.  And their daughter's, beautiful, warm and fun as well!  It was a great time.

Ok I know, you want me to stop rambling and get on with the show, right?? Well, I'm sorry to say I had a VERY hard time choosing so this is going to be a long post (sorry if it takes awhile to load) but it's worth it for sure!!  I hope I get the chance to shoot a wedding at a beach again!

The Bride was given away by her beautiful twin daughters.

When the Groom saw his Bride all he kept saying was "Beautiful. Gorgeous."  If I flip my pictures fast enough I can see the words he is saying :)

Honestly, it was so loud and I was so far, I couldn't hear what they were saying.  But boy do I wish I could've heard!!
This was such a fantastic idea!  They had a sand ceremony where they and each of their 2 daughters poured a vile of sand into a heart shaped jar.  This signified joining their two families together.  Just beautiful!

They threw quarters into the ocean. :)

One of my favorite things is catching the Bride and Groom stealing a moment together when things have calmed and slowed down.

Ok that's it for now!  Thank you if you made it this far.  Again, apologies for the large share, I couldn't help myself.  :)  Thanks again to Shoshana for having me come along.

Baby Dexter | Scranton Wilkes Barre Newborn Photographer | nepa

So, I went to San Diego recently to visit my very best friend from High School.  She had baby #2 (her first boy)!  Of course my camera came with me!!  It was so great to see her and her family.  And oh my gosh, her handsome little Dexter!!!  If he wasn't nursing, I may have tried to sneak him home with me!!

It was so fun trying some pics with Dad!  Something new for me.

 And baby gets sleepy... yawn!!
 And baby gets mad... Wahhhh!!!
And then something pretty awesome happens :)
 And some mommy love too!

Missing them!

Vitale Family | Scranton Wilkes Barre Family Photographer | NEPA

I don't have many other words than "eeeeek!!!".  I truly was so NERVOUS about this session!!  Not only is this a friend of mine, but she is a photographer as well.  So I'm always nervous to work with other photographers.  But, she has 4 kids ages 4 and under.  Holy smokes.  How was this going to go?  But on the bright side, she IS a photographer and knows how these things can go down.  So, she wouldn't be too hard on me if I wasn't successful, would she?  Well, at least I'm thankful to say that I won't have to find out.  It went really well :)

Here is a peek!

Even though mom and dad were getting a close up, 1 little man wasn't wanting to be left out. :) lol

I just absolutely love this!  I hope mama blows it up!! ;)

A mom and her TWINS!

4 kids later and a very busy life, mom and dad are still very much in love!  Well, most of the time, right? lol  No I'm kidding, super sweet and cute couple.

North Pocono Senior | Moscow, PA | Scranton Wilkes Barre Senior Photographer

I wasn't sure if the weather was going to be good for this session.  But boy did we get lucky!  We started out early in the morning and hit the field first.  I wish I had put some bug spray on earlier than I did.  I am paying for it.  But these images were worth it!  We then headed into Moscow and hit a couple of more spots.  Kayla is beautiful and I was happy to be able to do her Senior Pictures.  I had so much fun and truly cannot WAIT to do more!

If you are interested in having Senior Portraits done, check out my Pricing Guide.  Remember to book early, I book up to 4 months out.  :)  Want to book on short notice?  It's possible I won't have availability, but it doesn't hurt to at least check!  So email me or call me!

Baby Boy | Plains, PA | newborn photographer nepa

So, I was already booked and I received a message from a mom wanting newborn photos done.  A newborn!  Do you think I was able to resist?  Nope, I wasn't.  I couldn't say no.  And I'm so happy I said yes, because this little guy is so ADORABLE and was so fantastic during his session!  He slept through the whole thing.  Woke up for  a moment to eat while I reset and passed out again.  His mom and dad are wonderful as well and so fun.  I wish them the best with their new baby boy. :)

And here he is...
